SINGAPORE - Laurent Junique, CEO of Teledirect Group was awarded the 2018 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Outsourced Solutions category.
An independent judging panel screened over 40 nominations and only five entrepreneurs were named overall category winners. EY is the multinational professional services firm formerly known as Ernst & Young, and its Entrepreneur of the Year Award has recognised entrepreneurs from more than 145 cities in over 60 countries.
Nominees are assessed according to their abilities to "demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit, cross-industry innovation, sound strategic direction, positive financial track record, and building a successful business that has global and/or community impact" to qualify. Laurent is honoured to be nominated alongside remarkable and successful entrepreneurs in Singapore.

In October, EY will hold a ceremony in Singapore to honour great business minds, highlight the global impact of their companies and celebrate their outstanding achievements in their communities, nations and the world. At the gala, one of the winners will be named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2018 Singapore, and will represent the Republic to compete with contenders from more than 50 countries at the annual EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year (WEOY) award in Monte Carlo in 2019.
