Laurent Junique has emerged as a leading voice in the field of telecommerce in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region after a decade of initiating and implementing successful programmes in over 20 countries in this region.
Laurent, who founded Teledirect Pte Ltd in Singapore in 1995, saw the burgeoning promise and potential of the telecommerce industry in Asia and was one of the pioneers in setting the standards and quality required to make the industry a booming success in Asia today.

Angie Tay has more than 15 years experience in the Contact Centre industry. Through the years, Angie has worked in various roles covering Inbound and Outbound Operations, Service Quality, Training, Manpower Scheduling and Forecasting, Process Improvement and Strategic Management.
Currently the Country Director for Teledirect Pte Ltd, leading the Singapore Operation team of 650 staff to achieve targets and improve services delivered to clients.
She also looks after all the client relationships in Singapore with the objective of finding new opportunities for the clients. Angie is a certified COPC-2000® Coordinator, as well as a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Singapore Quality Institute.

Byron is the President of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM). He brings to Teledirect 17 years of BPO experience from designing customer access strategies, inbound customer contact, outbound outreach and all supporting functions of a high performing contact centre. His expertise in verticals such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, FMCGs, technology and government contact centres make him ideally suited to the responsibility of leading over 1000 of Teledirect Malaysia’s best staff.
Byron is a CIAC Certified Strategic Leader and a member of the IAOP. He was also one of very few individuals in the country to be presented with The Career Achievement Award by the CCAM, the highest award an individual in the industry can receive in Malaysia.

Group Finance Director of Teledirect since 2005 where he oversees the accounting, treasury, legal and taxation aspects of Teledirect units.
Tze Neng has about 19 years of working experience spanning from compliance auditing, group accounting and corporate finance. A member of the CPA Australia and Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 1995, he had previously held positions in firms like Lafarge Malaysia, Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Interprint Germany.
DR. SANDRA PEREIRA
Group HR & Talent Director | Teledirect Asia
Dr Sandra is a versatile leader with a deep passion for people topics. Being a medical doctor by background, she has covered the healthcare industry in various roles and geographies, including EMEA, USA and APAC – her roles included working with McKinsey & Company as a consultant, serving with the Ministry of Health Holdings in Singapore and working for Merck Pharmaceuticals to support their HR department with a focus on leadership development.
After re-joining McKinsey & Company in 2008, Dr. Sandra has fully dedicated her career to the HR space, and combines deep expertise across all facets of the HR cycle.
With a strong underlying core belief that “people are our most important asset” she has joined Teledirect to ensure world-class talent management, continuous improvement through stringent people analytics and HR excellence across the group.
Managing Director | Teledirect Hong Kong Limited
More than twenty years of experience in sales, marketing and contact centre management and outsourcing. International experience in North America, Europe and Asia gained through market leading companies in leisure, hospitality and specialised communications. Originally from Canada, Michael is a graduate of Concordia University in Montreal.
Michael joined Teledirect in 1997. With his enthusiastic approach, he has developed and implemented ground breaking and award winning outsourced solutions for clients across the banking, insurance, FMCG, logistics and NGOs sectors.
Michael is an active member of the Hong Kong Direct Marketing Association. He is also Treasurer of the Hong Kong Call Centre Association, where he is very involved with policy formulation and leads on lobbying government on matters of interest to the call centre industry.
During his spare time, Michael enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family in the pursuit of any sport or outdoor activity.

Khun Prem, Country Director for Teledirect Thailand manages a Team of over 350 employees and 450 workstations. A seasoned marketer in the financial, FMCG and IT and Telecommunications’ industry, Khun Prem brings with her a wealth of experience in one to one marketing and has over 12 years of local and regional experience.

Ricart joined Teledirect in 2014 and has over 12 years of customer service, business development and management experience in global headquarters and regional offices.
Throughout the years, Ricart has proven his ability to design and execute strategic plans in multicultural environments, while transforming organizations and driving change. The various roles he covered in Europe and Asia Pacific allowed him to build strong relationships with clients, elevate customer experience, develop talent and deliver high operational performance. Ricart currently leads a team of over 500 employees in Manila covering global sales, customer service and back office activities.
Ricart holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management from IDRAC Business School in France, attended a Leadership Course from London Business School and is a Certified COPC Implementation Leader.
