SINGAPORE - Teledirect Singapore alongside many contact centre industry heavyweights, has been named the Best Outsourced Contact Centre (Above 100 Seats) for the fourth consecutive year.
This year marks the 17th year that the Contact Centre Association Singapore hosted these national awards to recognise and celebrate exemplary practices and best-in-class professionals and companies in the country.
On the 7th October, Teledirect Singapore won a total of 11 awards, bagging five Gold, three Silver and three Bronze Awards. We received a Gold award for the Best Outsourced Contact Centre (Above 100 Seats) and two Gold awards for the Best Outsourced Programme/Section Contact Centre and the Customer Experience (CX) Mystery Shopper Award for Email. Jade Teo Shair Yi took home Gold for the Best Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year (Above 100 Seats) and Anna Ng Wang Ling received Gold for the Best Contact Centre Support Manager of the Year.

Kristian Paul Librando Navarro won the Silver award for the Best Contact Centre Manager of the Year (Under 20 Seats), Trista Yeap Wei Qi her Silver award for the Best Contact Centre Manager of the Year (Between 20 - 100 Seats) and Chua Pei Ling Valerie received the Silver award for the Best Contact Centre Trainer of the Year.
The Bronze awards went to Koh Wei Hong for the Best Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year (Above 100 Seats) and Kan Chee Wee for Bronze award for Best Contact Centre Trainer of the Year. Teledirect’s very own Telesmart Suite of Services received the Bronze award for being the Most Innovative Productivity Solution in a Contact Centre.
