BANGKOK – Teledirect Telecommerce brought home 20 honours from the Thai Contact Centre Trade Association (TCCTA) awards which were held in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders Expo (APCCAL EXPO).
Teledirect Thailand’s 2017 performance earned three gold, eight silver and five bronze awards from the TCCTA in various individual and corporate categories. Teledirect as a whole, was recognised by the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) and was presented with three silver awards. Along with these three awards, Teledirect Singapore received the prestigious "Recognition of Excellence Award."
Teledirect is extremely proud of Khirul Nizam Bin Mohd Muklas, our Client Services Director from Teledirect Malaysia for being awarded the silver APCCAL award for the "Best of the Best Contact Centre Manager." Earlier in the same year, he was awarded the “Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) gold award for the "Best Head of Contact Centre."
Competing against insourced and outsourced contact centres in Thailand, Teledirect received gold awards for "The Best Professional Management Contact Centre (Over 100 seats)" and "The Best Social Media Contact Centre (Over 100 seats)."
