BANGKOK – Teledirect Telecommerce has begun the year with recognition from the industry’s foremost awarding body, taking home eight awards from the Thai Contact Centre Trade Association (TCCTA) on the 24 January 2017.
The annual event honours and celebrates leading entities and key market players in the contact centre industry across the country. Teledirect received three gold awards for The Best Effective Technology Contact Centre, our very own Pichayapa Sritarasanguan, received The Best Contact Centre Supervisor and The Best Contact Centre Agent went to Waraporn Kongsri.
The silver awards for The Best Contact Centre Manager went to Ussanee Kitticharucak and Phantira Siramorn. Khwnrueang Kamonklang was awarded The Best Contact Centre Agent and Chaitast Juliarkarn and Siriwan Kongchamnanlikit were recognised as The Best Contact Centre Support Professionals of the Year for Information Technology and Human Resources respectively.
